The rooms are provided with cable Internet.
The electric wires are shielded and the electric system has a circuit breaker that stops the electricity supply when no electric device is in use.
The floors are made of ceramic tiles placed with natural glue.
The walls and ceiling of the rooms are painted with a special hypoallergenic paint certified by the University of Bologna (Biancofacile Mistercolor).
All the forniture is made of stone, glass, metal and untreated hardwood in order to avoid the outgassing of materials.
The doors are made of aluminium.
The Kitchen is exposed to the South and it's a very sunny room.
The cooking heater is electric.
The fridge is placed in the adjacent toilet where that is also a shower and a loundry machine.
The sofa bed can be opened and it can accomodate two people.
In the first toiled there are a shower and a loundry machine.
Also the fridge is place in the toiled in order to avoid the ELF radiation in the living area.
Bedroom
In the bedroom there is a large bed with Waterlily Mattress and a little round table with two confortable chairs.
In this room the doors are hardwood painted with Safecoat Paint with is low-VOCs.
The bedroom is exposed to the North and it faces the little woods that is part of the property.
The matress is made of Waterlily and covered with cotton linen.
Pillows and duvets are hypoallergenic.
All bed sheets and bath towels are cleaned with fragrance free soaps (see list below).
The customers can bring their own bed sheets if they prefer to.
Two plastic chais and an aluminium round table in the bedroom.
In the second bathroom there is a bath tub.
