Near the house there are little rivers and it is possible to walk to the beautiful Church of St. Mary of Vallebona which was built in the '600 on the ruins of a medieval village (sec. XIII).
Around the Turano Lake there are many good restaurants, such as "Il tasso", where you can enjoy lake fish and other typical foods, such as hand-made pasta, mushrooms, grilled meat and several vegetables.
