Prices

The apartment at the first floor can accomodate from 1 to 4 persons and it is available for rent from one week up to maximum 30 days.

The Payment has to be made by Bank Order or Paypall transfer at the time of booking together with the rental desposit of 400,00 Euro (the deposit will be given back cash on the final day, when returning the keys).

The rent includes:

• water,
• electricity, 
• heating (floor system), 
• cable Internet (DSL), 
• receiving telephone (you can receive calls and to you can call emergency numbers).

The guests will be asked to sign the "EMF and Chemical Free Environment Rules of the House", which will be sent by email before the arrival.

Please note that the rates varies because of the cost of the heating. 

WEEKLY RATES FOR 2 PEOPLE 

450 Euro per week

750 Euro for 15 days.

These are the prices for 2 people. The rate for each more person (max 4) is 50 Euro per week.

A deposit of 400,00 Euro is required.

The fee does not include sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. We encourage our guest to bring their own textiles.

In order to book you need to pay the deposit and the 50% of the fee. The rest of 50% of the fee has to be paid 7 days before the beginning of the rental, otherwise the booking is cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. It is possibile to cancel the booking up to 30 days prior the date of arrival.
